Flurry

Flurry are the second pattern in Kay’s ‘Winter Collection’ and they are knitted from the top down. They feature a traditional heel flap and gusset and Kay’s ‘Cottage Toe’. 

‘Flurry’ also features a brand new short story written by Kay. When you purchase the pattern you will also receive another story featuring ‘Lotta’ and her dog ‘Stig’.

YARN

One skein of fingering weight yarn, approximately 437 yards and 87 yards of a contrast yarn for the heels and toes

NEEDLES

2.25mm (US size 1)  32 inch (80 cm) circular knitting needle for magic loop (you can use double pointed needles if that is your preferred method). 

Tapestry needle and two stitch markers

SIZE

Small – 8 inch (20cm) foot circumference.

Medium – 9 inch (23cm) foot circumference.

Large – 10/11 inch (25/27 cm) foot circumference.
