Promenade Socks
The Promenade Socks were inspired by the Victorians fascination with a trip to the beach. In the late 1800’s families would take a trip to the seaside. Whilst the ladies and gentlemen promenaded down the pier, their children would play in the sand.
The garter stitch stripes represent the waves lapping on the beach, the eyelets reflect the pier that stretches out into the sea.
