One Moment in Time

‘One Moment in Time’ are the fourth pattern in our Platinum Collection for 2019, available free to Platinum Bakery Bear Patrons. ‘One Moment in Time’ are a stunning pair of lace socks. 

One morning whilst walking down a beautiful cobbled alley, a sudden gust of wind disturbed a pile of leaves. As Kay watched them swirl and dance in the air she was inspired to design these lovely socks. They feature a leaf shaped lace pattern, Kay’s favourite heel flap and gusset and her umbrella toe.

One skein of fingering weight yarn, approximately 400 yards

NEEDLES

2.25mm (US size 1) 32 inch (80cm) circular knitting needle for magic loop – You can use double pointed needles if that is your preferred method. Adjust your needle size to obtain gauge if necessary. 

SIZE

Small 8 inch (20cm) foot circumference – Medium 9 inch (23cm) foot circumference – Large 10/11 inch (25/27cm) foot circumference
