Mr Fisher is the third pattern released in Kay’s Miss Potter 2 Collection. The socks feature crossed stitches and bands of garter with a slipped stitch heel and Kay’s ‘Umbrella Toe’.
The socks were inspired by Beatrix Potters wonderful ‘Mr Jeremy Fisher’. He was a gentle little frog who loved in a damp house on the edge of a pond. The stitch pattern depicts the little ripples of water Mr Fisher makes as he jumps around his lily pads.
