Crochet Jelly Roll

The Jelly Roll Blanket pattern was born out of a chilly November day and a moment by the fire looking at quilt patterns. As you may have guessed the design is based on a ‘Jelly Roll Quilt’.

The blanket is created using Linen (or Moss) Stitch using leftovers and mini skeins of fingering weight yarn. The yarn is HELD DOUBLE through the whole blanket, giving a wonderfully squishy and warm fabric. The pattern includes UK & US terms.

YARN

The finished sample blanket weighed 1140g in total (including the border). The border used approximately 60g of yarn. Each round of the border used approximately 20g (total weight when held double).
